Office Guidelines

We do our best to find convenient timeframes that work with your family’s schedule as well as ours, so if you have to cancel or reschedule, we ask that you provide us with at least 24 hours notice. If it’s your child’s first visit with our office or they are nervous about their appointment, you are more than welcome to stay with them during their treatment! However, we do recommend that as they become more comfortable with our team that you begin waiting in the lobby. We find that this helps us build stronger relationships with our patients. Any child who is not being worked with must remain in the lobby with a supervising adult at all times.
